We take great pride in providing our brides with beautiful storytelling wedding albums that capture the beauty and emotion of your special day. Your peace of mind comes from my 30 year love of photography. The studio has set the standard for photographic excellence as well as exceptional service. Over the years we have evolved from a conventional photography studio into a more exciting enterprise including Destination Weddings and Events.
You will receive art-like images and albums which have a scenic quality, are emotionally charged and have a natural look with an artistic impression. Some photographers call it wedding photojournalism. It is a refreshing new approach to wedding photography. Your photographs will have a natural non-posed and spontaneous feel. It takes an instinctive creativity to be able to combine portraiture and storytelling photography in a wedding album and keep everything natural. Photography is a timeless treasure that will become a family heirloom. Even in economic hard times, capturing and preserving these life events is an important part of your wedding planning. The cake will be gone, the food will have been eaten, the dress put away and the memories will all be captured in those wedding pictures and albums. Professional photography to capture these memories is something every bride needs to consider and hiring the right photographer is an absolute must. My commitment to my brides is second to none. I meet with my clients and discuss all the details of their upcoming special event. On the day of your wedding, I do not schedule anything other than your wedding, making sure my role in capturing your beautiful wedding portraits is exclusively dedicated to you.

Every wedding is unique and will be treated differently. It is your special day, you want to feel special. We’ll help you do that. We combine different wedding styles. Traditional Coverage and Documentary Coverage and still keep everything natural. Traditional Style includes all the wedding images you have come to expect in a traditional wedding album, portraits of the Bride and Groom, attendants, family, as well as the traditional happenings during the wedding day. We have several Wedding Collections to choose from so you can tailor make your special day with no surprises at the end. Everything you need for your wedding from start to finish: the album, pages, all photographs in your album plus a bonus of a complete bridal portrait session or engagement session – with enlargements and a collection of portrait originals.
We require a $500.00 retainer to reserve your day*
· $500 retainer is applied to the wedding collection selected.
A $500 retainer (which will be applied to your coverage) is required to hold your date and time. The balance is due at least 1 (one) month prior to the wedding. Your wedding images will be ready to view 2 (two) weeks following the wedding or if you have a “Trash the Dress session”, it will be 2 (two) weeks after that session.
· Retainers are not refundable if the wedding is cancelled or if we cannot cover it due to a date change made by you. You may apply it to a different date, provided that date is available. One date change will be allowed. If a second date change is requested there is an additional $200 fee.
Almost every bride and groom we work with comes to us by referral from a past client. The only way we get a referral from a bride is: if she likes us, trusts us and we deliver to her service that is above and beyond her expectations! We want to earn your trust and referrals! Most photographers spend so much time trying to get new business that they sometimes neglect their current clients. We however don’t have to spend a lot of effort to find new brides to work with because our friends, like you, send their friends to us. That way we can spend all of our effort making sure your wedding is the best it can be. So you can help us by referring your friends to us for future photography needs. Thanks again. A Wedding Questionnaire is presented to every bride to complete and return during one of the planning meetings so every important detail is covered. It has been my experience that the more comfortable the Bride and Groom are with their photographer, the better the day goes. Katherine does not arrive at your event as a stranger but as your personal photographer, knowing special details to capture your day making it uniquely yours. Keeping in mind the ultimate goal is to have a Wedding Album, which reflects the memories of the day to cherish for a lifetime. Plan to spend some time with Katherine prior to your wedding as well as afterwards to make sure your wedding experience is complete. Katherine does not rush weddings and takes extra care to assure the details of the day are captured.
More detailed information about this process is discussed at the initial no cost consultation appointment. It is recommended that both the Bride and the Groom meet with Katherine at least once prior to the wedding date. Ultimately, Katherine's goal is to make sure the couple is completely comfortable and relaxed as well as confident that the day will be represented professionally and without worry.
These Wedding Collections will serve as a guideline for customizing your special day. All Wedding Collections are hosted online for 90 days with guest services allowing your friends and family to view and order their personal favorites of your special day. In Collections which include albums you are encouraged to select your favorite images to be in your wedding book. Once the album is designed and approved you will be presented a custom designed storybook in about 10 weeks.
The Diamond Collection has everything a bride wants in her fairytale wedding. Included in this ultimate collection is your Engagement Session, Bridal Session, Dress Fitting, Complete Wedding Day Coverage from start to finish, the Exciting Trash the Dress Session and an Anniversary Portrait Session. Leather bound coffee table album of your special day personally designed and created by Katherine and a smaller clone album of the original leather bound book for family or parents. The Diamond Collection Investment starts at $5950.
The Platinum Collection includes your Engagement Session, capturing your special day from start to finish and leather bound album of your special day personally designed and created by Katherine. The Platinum Collection Investment starts at $3400.
The Gold Collection offers the complete collection of images of your special day including the Engagement Session and Modern Album personally designed and created by Katherine. The Gold Collection Investment starts at $2950.
The Silver Collection is the nuts and bolts of a wedding day. This collection captures the ceremony and reception. A custom and personal DVD Video Album personally designed and created by Katherine of the day is included with this collection. The Silver Collection Investment starts at $1650.
The Bronze Collection is a perfect collection for the couple having an intimate private ceremony without the reception. Private intimate portraits of the Bride and Groom are included in this collection with the traditional capture of the ceremony. The Bronze Collection Investment starts at $875.
Many a la carte items can be added to your Wedding Collection including the Destination Wedding details, a Second Shooter, and High Quality Digital Files with personal reproduction release given for your personal use.
